Sennheiser Momentums should fit in that budget. The 2.0 versions fold. On-ears are the same size, fullsized 2.0 has bigger cups than the original.

Thank you all for your advices I'll look for some reviews about Sennheiser Momentums and ATH-MX40 and decide which ones are best for me

Well in your budget if you want good bass head headphone the v moda m100 are very good( if you are a bass head).
