eh, i would recommend an R9 280x, and spend a little bit more on the cooler. get something like a 212 Evo or a Be Quiet! Pure Rock CPU cooler

go with gelid extreme solution for thermal paste,z97 for mobo,550 evga gs for psu,seagate for storage and 212 evo for cpu cooler

I did what you said, but It went about 80 dollars over my budget. I can probably get more money very soon, so that would not be a problem. This is what i came up with.

actually with that gpu you should go with a i5 4460/gtx 970/550 gs evga,gskill memory,h81 mobo of any kind,no cpu cooler

 

or keep the gtx 960 and get a 250gb 850evo

This is my first build, so excuse my ignorance but how big of a performance difference is there between the 4460 and the 4690k?

unable to overclock but you don't really need that save the extra money and put that on better gpu/and a ssd

that would be the i5 4690k but you'd need a z97 mobo  and better case

I thought your budget was 720 bucks! What happened to that 633 dollar 4460 and 290 I made up? Get a nice CPU cooler, SSD, you're good...
