H81 & B85 both are nearly same. Only difference is B85 have more SATA 3 & USB 3 Ports. I will prefer B85 as you are probably overclocking. You know you can literally google this sort of stuff right?

What is the difference? Is a $40 cost difference worth upgrading from h81 to b85?
