Games Keep Crashing?!?

I don't know if I should put this in troubleshooting or here but I'll try it on the PC gaming topic. When I load up any of my games, they always crash and I don't know why it does this... Like when I get on Beam NG Drive, it loads up, and I start to drive. But then the screen freezes and it goes black then comes back. Then it will freeze again, but this time the audio repeats and my whole system shuts down with no crash screen. GTA V crashes like 6 minutes in but I think that is because I have a s*** ton of mods installed. Project Cars also crashes on me to when trying to load up a track. And I don't know what makes it crash so much, even formatting my HDD with a fresh install of Windows 8.1 doesn't help. Any advice or help would be much appreciated. Thank You!

Could be many things. Hows your  gpu temps? Could be your psu starting to fail not supplying enough power..

GPU temps are fine, when at 100% temps are usually at around 76 C. How do I check if my PSU is failing?

Yah those temps are fine. Multimeter or psu tester and shorting the ground on psu. Honestly tho it sounds like psu. If you dont already have a multimeter or psu tester your prob jsut better off buying a new powersupply or if its under warranty sending it in. Id say 95% of cases where computer shuts down during load its either high temps or psu.

I installed the new drivers and still the screen goes black, I have a 3 year warranty on my PSU so I'm going to have to RMA it sadly. So now I'll be stuck without a computer for a while :(
