Wifi printer not installing

So I bought this printer a few days for $40 on sale. I hook everything up and throw the installation disk in my laptop and it has an error connecting via to the printer using the disk that came with it. So then I tried my Mom's laptop and the same issue, both laptops are windows 8.1. I slap the disk in my desktop (the one in the sig) everything installs correctly with no issues. I installed the disk the same way, but I'm clueless at this point. Any help would be appreciated.
