Reserve windows 10 button missing

For some reason I cannot see reserve windows 10 button even though I meet all the requirements for it. 

 

OS: Windows 7 Pro SP 1 64bit

I should meet system requirements: i5 2500k, GTX 560Ti, 8GB of RAM, 240GB SSD and 4 other HDD drives

Windows are up to date with automatic updates enabled

Windows are genuine

Windows are not OEM

Updates KB-3035583, KB 2952664  are installed

 

Any help would be appreciated.
