Windows 7 TRIM

I've noticed that my SSD has been rather sluggish, and I've noticed that it's not picking up TRIM or the fact that the SSD is in AHCI mode. I'm not completely sure what I can do about this because the performance is sketchy it's fast one min then the other it's slow. 

Technology is a curse... why? Because it's so addictive.
