getting out of silver 1 is about as easy as getting up in the morning after 10 hours of sleep.

Well, Silver 1 is the lowest rank possible, so you can't go lower, I don't know if you get higher rank based on performance or it's the same as before, I bet someone else can tell you this better. 

But you should seriously consider playing with a pre-made team, I am LE right now on my main, play a lot of ESEA though and you can't rank up by playing that, but it took me FOREVER leaving the silver ranks due to teammates being shit, if you ask me you're considered a "low" or "medium" skilled player up to MGE/DMG.

Hey there Kriss, Just wanted to say that it's not actually for sure that you will go back to silver 1 here, and I'm speaking from experience.

 

Back when I was a Gold Nova Master (I'm  a DMG now), I lost my rank and when I played again I got GN3 (1 rank below). So if you do really well you have a chance to boost your rank, if not then have fun in silver 1

And also, don't play arms race or stuff like that, you should play competitive, people might tell you that you suck and shit like that but they do as well because you are matched with people in the same rank as you ^^, Play some deathmatch for warm-up (and for some aim practising) and then just grind competitive!

Also steam workshop has some great aim-practice maps that you can download as well to practice your aim/recoil and flick shots! Just Google "CS:GO Training maps" or something like that!

Well i have improved since i last played.. Since that rank 3 update came ive been grinding arms race. I usually end up being 1/2/3 rd. Is there really no hope?

Just keep training your aim and recoil control. After that watch some videos on how to play competitive and then just play a lot of competitive. You'll improve pretty quickly.
