Hey! I just bought this laptop: http://i.imgur.com/4aJoTdl.png

 

Price: $1103.99 + 25% off coupon = $827.99 + TAX = $906.59

 

I bought this straight off HP.com after finding it on techbargains.com.

I need to know if this was a good buy or not (there weren't many reviews out there and the coupon expired at 12PM EST I believe).

 

(I can return it within 30 days after shipping too).

if you didn't want to build your own because you were too scared = no

Mostly school work. A little bit of gaming such as Minecraft and some Steam games like CS:GO (maybe) and GTA V (maybe) and League of Legends.

I will be using the portability, yes. And building my own laptop?

 

I decided not to build my own PC if that's what you meant. I kind of wanted something portable.

What FPS do you think CS:GO, LoL, and GTA V will get on medium settings?

CS GO and LoL max settings 60+ FPS easy. GTA is more demanding, so maybe around 45+ FPS on low to medium settings.
