I have a Hp pavillion dv6 1334 with a intel core duo t6600 running at 2.20GHz

Its running windows 10 preview and I wanna know if I can down clock it or if I can replace the fan or the heat pipe with a different laptop cooling system. I am a full day user because high school is over and I have summer school next week and I need a laptop that can try to stay quiet than the laptop fan is on idle

I'm not thinking of buying another laptop yet....

Im thinking of putting double back thermal tape on the graphic card (with a mini fan directly connected to the usb closes to the fan) ram and some other places.

Dose anyone know if theirs a cd rom fan thingy

So you're trying to tell us, that you want a laptop that runs with no fans on at idle? At you want to mod one into the CD drive?
