with gigabyte auto tune i got 4.6 Ghzs and 1.548V is that to high?

Unnecessarily high. I doubt even the worst 4670k needs that much voltage. Just read some OCing guides online and do it yourself; you'll have a longer lasting chip with healthier temps. Heck, you'll have some pride in your system too, and learn a bit.

I don't do signatures.

i watched linus video on overclocking but i dont know how to get into the gigabyte bios

Well your best bet is to start reading up before you do a thing. I'd get rid of that OC right quick, and not run any benchmarks on it.

 

For the BIOS, usually it's just restart, and mash delete.
