I previously had a thread open, thought it was resolved but it wasn't.

Having major issues with frame rate on GTA V. Got all settings on Normal, with some settings off. Only getting 30 FPS.

I used to get 60 FPS on High to Very High settings, have reformatted PC and still have the same issue.

I have V-Sync turned off, it has gone up to 40 FPS. Been like this since the new update, maybe there is an issue?

You bet there is. The last patch broke a lot of things in GTA. I'm also getting way less fps than before.

me too, i was getting like 60 FPS. Now i'm getting 20-30-60 FPS

It's annoying 20 FPS stays for 10 minutes 30 same and 60 FPS for about few minutes

Rock* WTF
