Woudn't it help with the airflow ?

Not enough ventage room at the front, to draw much air in tbh. 

 

It'll only make a very minor difference, but if you have the cash and are willing, go ahead.

Linus did a video on this once, he concluded that it only cooled it further by a couple of degrees. This was iirc done with Noctua NF-F12's and something like an h100.

If you're lacking pressure though, adding two fans will help a bit more, especially if it's in constrained spaces. (Two fans creates more pressure than one, although not double)
