For livestreaming and YouTube, I recommended an Intel I7. Upgrade your ram to run at least 1600mhz, and possibly get a 970 or 980ti, but the graphics card is unneeded as a 760 is a decent card.

[Polyvalent]

streaming at 60fps requires some umph.  Most stream at 30fps and downgrade resolution a little to maximize performance.  

 

for OBS i'd recommend changing as little as possible unless you know exactly what a setting does.  learn how to effectively use scenes and sources and it makes life a lot easier.
