What would i have to update to stream with good quality 60 fps with this specs?

my internet is 100mbs up and down

streaming at 60fps requires some umph.  Most stream at 30fps and downgrade resolution a little to maximize performance.  

 

for OBS i'd recommend changing as little as possible unless you know exactly what a setting does.  learn how to effectively use scenes and sources and it makes life a lot easier.
