Save File Glitching

Took keep it short and simple:

I'm playing Payday 2: Crimewave Edition on PS4. I have my good save file backed up on my USB, the online cloud thing, and the system storage. Whenever I launch Payday 2, it acts like I've never played it before (it is making a new save file). Whatever I do, I can't get the PS4 to select the good save file to use, it just keeps making new ones whenever I launch the game. Help would be greatly appreciated because I am infamy 4-86 (I spent a lot of time working on that save)
