Fallout NV - Mods

I just picked up Fallout NV on the Steam Sale. So, being a Bethesda game, I expect that exist a lot of great mods for it. What mods do you guys recommend?

Might I suggest you play the game without any mods, except those that only enhances graphical stuff?

 

Many of the mods add new elements in it that drastically change the gameplay, which is quite different from the experience you get playing vanilla.

 

Once you play with mods, you will never ever play without it, so you should use this opportunity to play without.

Good point. That what happened when I start playing Skyrim with mods. So, I will probably install mods that change the graphical side of the game (and the UI), no the gameplay.
