Hi guys,

So I have this problem with my PC, that when Windows boots up, before asking for password it restarts every time and these restarts always end up in a blue fail screen, after that the computer shuts down and than turns on again but doesn't boots until the motherboard brand. Than I reset the computer with the button on it and it all starts again.

Since I brought the copy on DVD I have a bootable DVD but that is stuck on a loading screen.

What should I do, clearing CMOS doesn't work, bootable DVD doesn't load and booting from the SSD always restarts.

I am using Windows 8.1.

Did you do this all at the same time? Give it a couple minutes to cool, it's temps could be causing it to restart.

Happy to help with any tech problems. Windows 10 installing guide here.

You mean the cpu temperatures? Because in the BIOS monitoring it says that it is running on 32C.

But I did manage to get an ERROR CODE OUT OS IT: DRIVER POWER STATE FAILURE this is when I boot from SSD, boot DVD still doesn't give any response other than the loading screen.

Do you have a dedicated gpu? Try removing it and see what happens. If that doesn't work, try disabling speedstep or turboboost in the bios.

Removing gpu resulted in windows saying: Please wait or something like, that (it is in Hungarian). I have already reached this screen before but nothing happened, but I'll wait now.

Removing GPU, reseting BIOS, had let the restart finish sucsessfully without error message and the computer is working since, thanks for the help.
