DNS Proxy Help

Hi all,

Not sure if this is the right area to be asking this but will start here and if it needs to be moved it can be.

I'll give abit of my backstory so you can understand what I am trying to do, I am from Australia currently working in South Africa, and I want to access a website (that I pay for in australia) www.foxsports.com.au

but am currently unable to access any videos as they have geo tracking or whatever it is called. I have tried programs like Hola and have tried using a website https://www.smartdnsproxy.com/which even though it says it does support that website it doesnt work.

I have a spare laptop that I have setup in my home in Australia and was wondering if there is anyway I can use it to setup some kind of DNS for myself? I have tried using teamviewer to watch videos but it is just so dam laggy, its unwatchable. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
