How does Asus handle updates?

Hi,

 

I just ordered an Asus Transformer TF103C (I enjoyed a €90 discount) and I'd like to know if I can expect an Android Lollipop update. This tablet was released about a year ago (or maybe less) and it features a 64 bit Intel Atom Z3745 CPU. I think there would be a gain in performance by doing so, but it's my first experience with Asus and I would like to know how they usually proceed. I can't find anything that mentions this device running this version and I can't find any date neither. However, I saw in an Indian website that there would be an update but I don't know if I can trust them. What do you guys think? What are the odds?

Probably wont happen
