Go to solution Solved by vSyNd1c4t3,

i need to get a new computer motherboard coz i want the option to add either 2  gpu or something else in future and this motherboard only supports 1 pci express slot but i have know idea where to start so any help would be greatly appreciated

current computer specs

Name Intel Core i7 2600
Specification Intel® Core i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz
Package (platform ID) Socket 1155 LGA (0x1)

1023MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Gigabyte)

ram 8gb ddr3

motherboard :   ipisb ch2

requirements

lots of fan headers

must fit all existing components

atx size

under £150 if possible

This is what PCPartPicker came up with. Take your pick.

Edit: you said you wanted SLI, PCPartPicker only found 3 with those parameters.

Why do you need to replace your motherboard?

Given that it seems like you don't have the unlocked version, it won't be necessary to get a z77 or z67 motherboard but I'd recommend you to still get one for the ability to SLI in the future. Also they're more high-end than other motherboards.
