All CPUs are compatible with all GPUs* but expect a bottleneck on that 290 with the A10-7800.

 

Although as PCP says, your case has Front USB3 which your Motherboard does not.

Balanced? No.

If you haven't bought anything yet, let us know your budget and intended use(s) so we can get to work on a proper build.
