Dont. Get the 760k instead, It is only 5-10% weaker but fits in your current motherboard.

If you are getting a new motherboard i would not recommend a FM2+ if you wont get an APU.

760k isnt available anymore or i just cant find it.

and why not?

 

edit: i really dont want an apu and fm2+ goes in my budget

You will be stuck in the fm2+ socket, There wont be anything more powerful on it.

I got my 760k second hand, Modern CPU's rarely gets damaged when they are at close to stock clocks.

If you are getting a new motherboard you would be better off getting a am3+ motherboard and a FX 4300/50 Or getting a h81 motherboard and a G3258.
