Mini ITX Beast! Help + Suggestions

I am building a mini ITX systems for LAN party's and and to take away with me and stuff, but i still want it to perform super well. shops i can use www.pccasegear.com/  www.scorptec.com.au/

My budget is $2200 AUD (so like $400 USD) here's what i picked.

Upgrade the 980 to the 980Ti. Yes it's more expensive but it's probably worth it.

Also not the biggest fan of AIOs, you get a lot more bang for your buck with air coolers.

i not a big fan of that case, and i don't mind carry my PC around a bit awkwardly.
