Been wondering the same thing. They have a semi in depth comparison of GPU's and I've used it a bit before though I don't know if I can trust it. Following this.

CPU: INTEL Core i7 4790k @ 4.7Ghz - Cooling: NZXT Kraken X61 - Mobo: Gigabyte Z97X SLI - RAM: 16GB G.Skill Ares 2400mhz - GPU: AMD Sapphire Nitro R9 Fury 4G - Case: Phanteks P350X - PSU: EVGA 750GQ - Storage: WD Black 1TB - Fans: 2x Noctua NF-P14s (Push) / 2x Corsair AF140 (Pull) / 3x Corsair AF120 (Exhaust) - Keyboard: Corsair K70 Cherry MX Red - Mouse: Razer Deathadder Chroma

Bit of an AMD fan I suppose. I don't bias my replies to anything however, I just prefer AMD and their products. Buy whatever the H*CK you want.

Is www.game-debate.com a credible site?

Reliable in terms of?  Just tune in to rockpapershotgun.com and pcgamesn.com and you'll be more than fine.

Reliable in terms of their "Can I run it" feature

Could you give a sample article?  I've tried looking and not too sure what I'm looking for honestly.

So let's use this link: http://www.game-debate.com/games/index.php?g_id=2287&game=Borderlands%202. Then you scroll down, and you should see "Can I run Borderlands 2". Then you select your processor, and graphics. After all that it shows a bar graph, and it should say if you can run it, and what settings you can do.

That system barely tells you anything about how it will perform.  It just compares your system to the minimum and recommended requirements set by the developers.  Could just use this, the original system spec scanner

I guess these "Can I run it" stuff is just hit and miss, because the site you provided just said I couldn't run CS:GO, but I just played CS:GO an hour ago..
