Part choosing help

hey guys i have about $1200 aus dollars to spend on a tower and i need a bit of help or suggestions, i have build countless systems but need a bit more input on things i definatly should get.

i will be doing not to hardcore gaming but would like a good gpu in case i need to but would like an intel i5 series cpu for dem cores.
