1. Am I supposed to be getting multiple cookie activity notifications from people with seemingly the same IP addresses who are from the same countries? ex.

2. I currently have ~500 cookies (most of them same IP and same country supposedly), but only one of them are a level 1 on my team. Even if they aren't on a level 1-3 on my team, do I still get a cut if they make a purchase?

3. Has anyone actually reached the pay out minimum and received the amount they cashed out? I don't wanna still be advertising for nothing.

By the way, I want to link to a game using my referral link to link to a Watchdogs game in the store. How would I use their reflink to link it with a little cheesy advertising (let's say watchdogs-cheap-70-percent-off)?
