Artifacts? Only On Chrome?

If its specific to Chrome I would start with restarting your computer and if it persist try updating or reinstalling chrome. If it doesn't occur elsewhere I would be tempted to think you version of chrome is bugged.

It first started off when I opened up a game, I dismissed and restarted it and it was gone, but now it's spread too Chrome

I've always found it funny how often that works, considering how often it's made fun of. Also, if it's solved, please mark this topic as solved, please. :D With whichever answer you believe is the most helpful.
