A decent build. I would suggest a different psu and monitor. The antic-static mat, screwdrivers, and thermal compound should not be needed. A Phillips and slot screwdriver are the most that will be needed. The Phillips for mounting the cooler and drives. The slot may be needed to loosen some of the thumb screws.

 

With the exception of Windows, all of the items in this build are available from Amazon.ca. Just a bit more expensive.
