Mobo support site has guide on how to do it. But its simple. All you need is update files on USB stick formatted to fat32. Extract files there. Then go to BIOS or flashing utility. Do as screen advices and wait. It will auto-reboot 1-2 times so wait until you are at OS login screen/desktop or BIOS screen asking about loading default settings or needing to reconfigure boot order. Remember that flashing BIOS clears any settings done to BIOS.
