Booting from a flash drive

So I made a bootable flash drive and I am trying to boot from it but it just says remove drives or other media and try again

 

yes I did change the boot order

 

Solutions?

what else is on the flash drive than just the os or what every your trying to boot from

Linus made a video, how to make the USB bootable and to install OS from it.
