and iv also been looking at the , ASRock Z97 Anniversary and the MSI Z97 PC Mate will they work in this build? 

and which of these boards you would recommend the most based on the fact that i don't plan on any sli or crossfire configurations in the future and i hope to use this motherboard for at least the next 5 years, i'm happy to take any outer suggestions ;) 

also how does WiFi work with mother boards do i need a WiFi adapter or is this built into the motherboard?

 

sorry for the stupid questions lol iv been researching motherboards for a while and there seems to be no clear answers on how to chose one and exactly what all of their listed specs mean and even weather or not your motherboard effects performance....

Not sure about motherboard but if you plan to overclock, the PSU might not be enough. If the budget allows it I'd suggest going at least to a CS 600W unit/a similar seasonic or antec one. Nothing bad about the CX series per say, just they are not likely to last 5 years, given their 3 year estimated lifetime.
