how much time do you wait on bots to give you skins that you won?

It depends on the load, sometimes it's instantly while other times it errors out for twenty minutes.

Use the loungedestroyer plugin for chrome. It will force click return, bet and other inconsistent buttons on the website, making it easier to get your skins and bet during "heavy load" (kids run it, they complain about servers not being strong enough when they still can rent some more)
