SE215's Hurt

I just got SE215's, and they took a while to get in my ears completely, but now that they are in they hurt really bad.  The pressure on the top of my ears from the wire is unbearable, and they are pushing inside my ear on all sides.  They then fall out after a few seconds.  I have the smallest tip installed, and I am really not sure why they are doing this.  I could be putting them in wrong, but a picture is attached on how I have them inserted.

I see no picture, but I would suspect either you're putting them in incorrectly or the ear pieces are still too big.

Edit: I see a picture now, but I still defer to the above.
