I need to buy 2 120mm fans for my case. They need to be silent or really silent and need to be able to push a lot of air through. My price limit is $30. Any help which fans should I look for and which ones should I buy. Right now I am looking at the Corsair AF120 quiet edition. If there is something better tell me please.

You don't get both. You either get silence or you get a lot of airflow.

If noise is your priority, the Noiseblocker M12-S1 is pretty much as quiet as you'll get while still retaining any semblance of airflow.

Im not looking for the best ratio of airflow and silence.

When I was shopping around for 120mm fans I wanted something under 20dB, but a good flow rate.

I settled with these: Akasa Apache Black Ultra Silent Fan (AK-FN058)

At just over 57CFM and under 17dB.

http://www.akasa.com.tw/update.php?tpl=product/product.detail.tpl&no=181&type=Fans&type_sub=PWM%20Control&model=AK-FN058

Hope this helps

Is this a good brand COUGAR CF-V12HP. It has a 17dB sound and around 70.5 CFM. It is cheaper then the akasa.

I love my gelid wings. They are quiet, look great, perform very well as static pressure fans and airflow fans, and they under volt better than any other fan that I've ever used!

Other great fans are silver stone air penetrators or if you can manage to find them anymore, scythe gentle typhoons. Also you can't go wrong with Noctua fan, however, they don't have a great aesthetic in most cases.
