But will this rig run 4k surround?

And also I am currently living in Australia and don't want to spend over $2.5k

What do you think I should upgrade other than what I have said,

First things first, if you're going to be adding a second GPU, you're definitely going to need to get yourself a better PSU, maybe some decent fans, I live in Australia myself so I know just how difficult it is to keep things cool. As for 4k surround, its difficult to tell, it would require a large RAM buffer on your GPU's, but if you're willing to sacrifice some settings, then I don't see why you wouldn't be able to. A GTX 980 will run you around $750 if I remember correctly. The only other thing I can think of to suggest is a bigger storage drive, I know just how big game library's can get, with modern games being as big as they are, 1TB won't be able to store as many as it used to. I can't really suggest any particular microphone as that often comes down to personal preference.

Gigabyte X570 UD

Ryzen 5 5600x

16GB 3200mhz ram

Asus TUF Rx5700XT

600w PSU

256GB NVME boot drive

1tb sata ssd game drive

2tb mechanical storage drive

Logitech G815 Tactile

Logitech G502

AudioTechnica ATH-G1WL

LG B9 OLED
