Hello. Like the title said this is for a future build. The only thing I decided on was the graphics card, either a 980 ti or 970. I was edging more to the ti for future gaming. In advance thanks for help and input from everyone. To start for the case, I can't really decide which one to get. They all look great, but the important thing for me is cleanliness; and by that I mean easy to take out and class as well as does not get dusty/dirty too quickly. If there is a noise reduction that has the cleaniess too that would be awesome. I wanted your recommendations on the case. I know nothing about computer parts so I might sound very ignorant.

A list for the other hardware. I plan on gaming at high graphics about 1080p hopefully. I basically want your recommendations for every part. I like to see people's opinions before buying stuff.

Motherboard:

CPU:

Power Source:

Cooling Fans:

Storage: I might get a SSD for games and HDD for mass storage. If anything for sure a SSD

RAM: Might depend on the case/other hardware since I've seen some won't fit with other parts of the comp.

Peripherals: Really doesn't matter to me since I'm a Razer fanboy lol, but please let me know your opinions. (I already own a Razer Naga.)

EDIT: Forgot to mention my budget. It will probably be around 2000 USD and under

Thanks again for reading.

Well very recently I upgraded my computer (Asus X99 Pro/Usb 3.1, i7 5820k, 16gb of Corsair Vengence LPX at 2666Mhz, GTX 760 (Soon to be upgraded), Corsair Rm 850w psu, and a Corsair H100i GTX cpu cooler) and all of that (excluding the 760) cost about $1250 USD with shipping and handling (I ordered off of amazon). So the fact that that leaves you with only a gpu, hdd or ssd, and a case, gives you a lot of room to find what you want.

In terms of case, I think that the Corsair 760t is one of the cleanest looking cases, especially the white version. I am, however, partial to this case because I own it lol. But there are SO many options for cases that it mostly comes down to what you like, I'm just simply giving an opinion.

As far are noise reduction, check out Be Quiet! as they have some cases you might enjoy, but don't forget that the noisiness of your system can depend on other things, like fans, gpu, fan configuration, etc.

As far as all of your system components, you should really think out what you want to do with this computer, and what components you want to invest in.

For example; If you STRICTLY want it for gaming, I suggest you heavily invest in a gpu, and don't focus so much on cpu or ram (However in saying this, ram can be important in some games so don't go to low on it) ;)

But if you maybe plan to branch out like me and get into photo/video editing, folding, or whatever; look more into getting a cpu/ram that can easily run through stuff like that (Such as my build).

Peripherals are mostly preference, but i am also partial to Razer (I own the entire chroma series lol)

If you have any questions feel free to ask, and i hope this helped a little :)

Looks good! Not quite sure about the ram, especially for your budget, but like I said it depends on what you want to do with the system.

As I said, I've left essentially 350 bucks to play with, so if it has to be bumped up.

But it is Cas 7 Ram, so.

Yeah, exaclty, do whatever you  want with the build, that's part of the fun, finding all the components, buying them, and eventually putting it together and it all working properly :)

I just built my first rig a month ago, some parts I actually disagreed with and gave them a shot, I currently can barely tell my computer is on if I wasn't looking at my monitor.

Looks good. I plan on having a good amount of ram because I tend to have tabs open when I'm playing games. The main reason for this build is for gaming. I have quite a bit of games on steam and plan on playing many mmorpgs not on steam, so I think I will get a larger SSD. Thanks for the input!. I will check out Be Quite as well. My main concern is a motherboard good for gaming. Is the EVGA Z97 FTW ATX LGA1150 Motherboard  good for primarily gaming?

So far I've decided on the EVGA Z97 FTW ATX LGA1150 Motherboard, i5 4690K 3.5GHz Quad, GTX 980 ti (from EVGA most likely), Windows 7 (Since I don't like 8, or wait until 10 comes out), Samsung SSD Pro 850 for more SSD storage since I might just have 1 drive for now.

What do you guys think so far?

As I said earlier, you have 350 bucks with the build I had set up to play with, looks good so far....if I do say so myself. =D
