I am using 3570k going to put on Corsair H60 when i order the gtx 670

4 case fans. 1 Samsung 830 128gb and 1 500gb HDD

Gigabyte GA-Z77-DS3H Motherboard

8gb Kingston HyperX 8GB DDR3-1600 RAM

And an optical drive.

It's cutting rather close actually, if you are planning on overclocking. Looking at the power distribution it's actually closer to a 400w unit (at least by modern standards), which really isn't ideal with a rig like that. Should be ok, but you may want to consider upgrading it in the near future.

I think the Asus is better stock but if you're going to overclock any of them, I personally would get EVGA.
