Looking for a wireless adapter

Go to solution Solved by Clyne,

Using this card atm, no problems.

Never had any drops or speed losses with the card.

I need to find a wireless adapter for under $30 but preferably under $25.

I need it to be fast and reliable.

Also what's better? Usb or pci cards?

Little over budget, but its a great wireless card (You could get it used for $20)

PCIe cards are better imo, they allow for higher bandwidth, don't stick out of your usb ports, and have more antennas,

I've always had better luck with PCIe cards then USB ones.

Asus PCE-N15 ftw

This one is good I have a friend who uses it and he says it works so much better than a USB based networking solution.

I always use USB ones personally. I can always hook up a USB extender if I want to move the adapter closer to the source.

Their also fairly cheap to replace if they go bad, I've only ever had one go bad.

I'm wired 24/7 now however.
