UPS dying?

Hello.

Today something weird started happening. Well, I had my UPS for a while now - can't remember how long exactly, but it is a REALLY long time. I've got 4 'ports' (I don't know how to say it English, shame on me @EDIT: socket?) on it - 2 of them are connected to the battery, 2 of them aren't. I've got my computer and monitor connected to the ports with battery. Now, once in a while, the power in these ports, and only in these ports just goes out, for about a second - after that, my PC reboots, my monitor reboots and everything is alright again.

Is my UPS dying? Is it an outside problem? Halp.

I don't know if it is a right place to post it either :P (yes, I meant UPS, not PSU)

Test your UPS with a volt meter, if its below 24v the battery is dying, If it is above it could be the unit itself going bad. I don't use UPS for my machines so this the most help I can offer.
