dont know if you will find one anywhere else.

Had a look, nothing that fits my socket. I'm looking for a 4th gen-5th gen Mobile CPU seller. Thanks nonetheless

please link your laptop and current cpu

 

i think all broadwell mobile chips are bga but i could be wrong.

i would assume your chip is a bga variant based off of the link you provided

Unless you or a shop near you is able to do SMD rework.

 

A nice upgrade would be an i7-4600U. Some OC'ing available too.

thats is the only option

 although 99.999% of people wouldnt do this

You shouldn't download anything you haven't requested unless it's a trusted plug-in you are missing from your browser and you want it. I don't get asked but I do have java disabled by default.

Try googling instead. IMO best way to look for CPU's is to include it's S-Spec number. You can find these on cpu-world, for instance http://www.cpu-world.com/sspec/Core%20i7%20Mobile.html

Then google, to find i7-4600U on ebay for example --> ebay i7-4600U SR1EA
