It doesn't make sense to watercool a setup like this (except the cpu with an AIO) because it would cost you at least 500 bucks, and that money would grant you significantly better components and performance. You could go for an i7 and a 980ti instead of an i5 and 970. If you can afford a better system AND the money for a custom loop, then sure. But water cooling that setup just doesn't make sense.
