Hello LTT Forum. I have a friend that wants a MITX system that he can game on. I know the RVZ02 is coming "eventually" and I really love the Phanteks Enthoo EVOLV MITX. (He wants to put this in a backpack though) I just want suggestions for cases. Thanks!

Core2Duo T6600 @ Stock

Trust me... They may look cool but when you want to upgrade one thing you end up needing to buy a new MOBO, case, and PSU. IT's not worth it. My rig fits in a Carry-on for a plane, it's water cooled, i7 4970k, Nvidia Quadro K5000. I'd love to upgrade the system to DDR4 but I can't afford that with a new truck :(

My next system is going to be a Mini iTX. I know the form factor does cap the expansion possibilities, but that's not an issue for me. So far, I'm eyeing the Corsair Obsidian 250D (https://youtu.be/GdzsEXr2Kq8)

I'm confused... you're saying not to get a mITX computer but you have one yourself? I really like the NCASE M1.

OP: If you want to wait a while and pay for the best, wait for more NCASE M1s to be in stock which will be in sept I think. Other than that most of the mITX cases are around the same size and have similar features but take a look at the Antec ISK 600. It has room for a 212 EVO if that interests you.

Yes I do have a mitx. I only got it so that I could travel with it as I deploy every thee months with the air force. I am trying to get back to matx or just atx if I can. My form factor is my bottleneck.

Now don't get me wrong, I LOVE the M1, but I'm outgrowing it now.

How much do you want for it? Haha. What are you wanting to add to it?

Sadly my M1 has been scratched, so It's not worth much. I might just buy a larger case and upgrade the MOBO later on and then get a cpu for the mitx and make it a media server for my parents.

This is what I'm running currently.
