Hello.Earlier this week i came around with some problems with a new graphics card . Now , as i thought , the motherboard was the issue . So i went to somebody and got a new motheboard . Now , my current problems are : Which is the better motherboard .Gigabyte G1 sniper m3 ( the one that has issues with my graphics card ) or P61-DS3-B3 ( the probably best , and most expensive one i could find available in my country with socket 1155 ) ? Now , i would think the sniper is better . If that's so , can someone suggest any means of fixing it ? The board hasn't got a single problem with a gtx 680 , but as soon as i pop in my 980 , it stays locked on splashscreen for about 3 minutes every boot . I can use the P61 , but two things annoy me about it : weaker sound and max 1333 mhz RAM ( i have hyperx predator 2400 mhz , so they are not being used at full speed ) . I don't really see a difference in performance ( maybe even slightly better , i don't know why ) , but it still is annoying.
