GPU spikes up to 90% usage

So from 20% it goes up to 90% for a second. And I am playing Hearthstone. Its really annoying. Scanning doesnt help. Completely unistalled all drivers didnt work. What is this shit ?

It started happening a few days ago.

Is the game still running fine when this happens?

 

Could this be the 8350 bottlenecking? I kinda doubt it because you're just using a 270x but you never really know until you can prove it.

this is normal, its just the gpu using its horespower to overcome a bump, as long as it goes back down after a second its fine, hearthstone does have some reasonable intensive effects

The game was using like 30% max 50% of my gpu... I could play HS and Hearoes of the Storm( League of Legends) at the same time without the gpu being loud.

The problem is the noise. It didnt do this a few days ago. A virus? Bitcoin Miner?
