the b286hk is Tn not IPS. its the same panel found in the xb280hk and cb280hk

is it better than the samsung u28d590d? in gaming and performance overall?

well I'm going to be biased as i own an xb280hk monitor, and I've never used a u28d590d either.. so i can't say if its better or not, but i can tell you mine is a freaking amazing monitor! it was worth every penny.

I only regret not getting one sooner and forcing my eyes to see crappy 1080p for that much longer than i did!!
