USB Troubles

Whenever i hook in a mouse or anything the light on the bottom just blinks and doesnt stay on. I have used the front and back usb drives but both of them are the same. Help?

Update Motherboard Bios.

how do i do this? I know how to get th3e bios.. thats about it (MSI)
