Movie Maker help.

I'm just trying to add music to a video. It wouldn't let me add the original avi format so I converted it to mp4 and it worked. (Quality still practically the same.)

After it saved in Movie Maker I checked it out. The Quality was pretty bad. I don't know why. Input is mp4, output is mp4. Frame size is the same as the recorded one. I tried going 1920x1080 on the output but it didn't make it better.

Its a workstation laptop. The same as my Tecra M5-which is awesome for CAD.

It's just my craptop I got for $80 on Craigslist.

You scored very well. I paid $500 for mine originally and its far worse than yours. and now over $200 more spent....yeah I should have bought a new laptop.
