Hello, I recently got an ASUS Graphics card GT610 (My friend gave it to me and proved to me that it worked by skyping and showing me) And when I put it in my computer there were no problems other than that he didn't give me the screw for the card, and that made it hard to get it on, but I did! I then proceed to plug in my VGA cord into the graphics card. Nothing. I tried the DVID cord. Nothing. I then tried my HDMI cord, and that gave no signal. I also wanted to know if I should see and hear a fan spinning on the Graphics card if my monitor ports are plugged into my mother board and not my GPU. Your help is much appreciated.

Your GPU fans should be spinning regardless of the display properties, if it's not, I had this issue, the PSU is faulty. If you have display ports on your mobo that you are connected to, it constitutes as integrated graphics, so by default, the display wants to be shown through that. Usually you have to change the display settings in the BIOS in order for the display to be shown through the PCI port.

Also which CPU do you have. You might be better off without the GPU.
