NCase V3 build

So I managed to get my hands on the Ncase m1 v3 and I was going to jump into a build with it, my plans were:

NCase M1 V​3.0

Intel Core i7-4790K 4.0GHz Quad-Core Processor

Gigabyte GA-Z97N-WIFI Mini ITX LGA1150 Motherboard

Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory

Mushkin Chronos 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4GB Video Card

Silverstone 500W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular SFX Power Supply

 

I was looking into watercooling this but i was going to hold off as i wanted to keep the whole thing under 1300$ and id prefer to put in a double rad to overclock the 4790k a bit, so id invest in that later.  This is about as good as i could get within the price limit, just looking for suggestions?
