Razer Themed Build Help

So I love the colour theme of black and green and i love razer so im planning to make a build that incorporates both of these but i have a few questions. I have one main Question and then indivdual product questions that i will put next to the product name. Any replies will be great.

 

My main question is will my 650w EVGA supernova be powerful enough for this build?

NZXT H440 Special Edition (Razer) Mid Tower Gaming Case with Side Window - Black- What is the build quality of a h440? and are they fairly silent?

 

Avexir Venom Series 16GB (4x4GB) DDR3- Ive chose to go with 4 stick for a better build look but would there be a performance advantage of going 2x8 vs 4x4? Also are Avexir a good brand? 

 

ASUS SABERTOOTH Z77 SOCKET 1155 MOTHERBOARD- Im going to have to buy this second hand because i cant find any new ones but what are the risks of buying a second hand mobo?

 

CableMod E-Series G2 / P2 Cable Kit – BLACK / GREEN- Are cable mods good quality?

 

NZXT Kraken X61- How hard is this to install? Will it fit?

Do you know whether it is as silent as the define r5?

You wouldn't notice it with your own ear. It's not all about the case. For PURE silence here's a few tips.

Don't use HDDS only SSDs

A Noctua NH-D15 air cooler is much silenter and will allow a pretty nice overclock like an AIO and is much silenter.

You'd wanna replace all,the case fans with fans from eather Noctua or BeQuiet has some silent ones.

Make sure when you get the GPU, do some research and make sure the fans don't sound like hair dryers.

For the PSU Youd wanna find something with like a ECO mode that's shuts down the fan when not needed or a completely fabless PSU.

That's about it but it's not just the case that determines silence.
